1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nnvip," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the nnvip Casino platform, accessible at nnvip.club, and the entity operating it .
• "Platform" refers to the nnvip website, mobile interface, games, services, and all related features available at nnvip.club.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nnvip Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the nnvip Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's nnvip Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nnvip Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by nnvip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nnvip Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

nnvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the nnvip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of nnvip or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by nnvip or by any regulatory authority, that prohibits you from accessing online gaming services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on the nnvip Platform, you must register a Player Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one nnvip Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. nnvip is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nnvip Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. nnvip will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify nnvip immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your nnvip Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

nnvip reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

nnvip is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all Players. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at nnvip's discretion.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, as requested by the nnvip verification team.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. nnvip reserves the right to withhold funds pending verification and to close Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

nnvip supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The following payment methods are not accepted on the nnvip Platform: credit cards (credit card gambling deposits are prohibited under current Philippine regulations) and any form of cryptocurrency.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• nnvip processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.
• nnvip reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction and to delay or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

nnvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. nnvip reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• nnvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus if it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is prohibited.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the nnvip Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the nnvip Platform use independently certified RNG software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. nnvip does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted using real cards, real equipment, and professional dealers operating in real time. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by the physical results of each round.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, nnvip reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. nnvip's decision in such matters is final.
• nnvip reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before placing bets. nnvip is not liable for any loss resulting from a disconnection during a game round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nnvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to nnvip immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nnvip staff or other Players.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion measures.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

nnvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a direction from a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Any other circumstance in which nnvip reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nnvip reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, any verified Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting nnvip customer support.

11 Responsible Gaming

nnvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the nnvip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the property of nnvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without nnvip's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any nnvip trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of nnvip's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical malfunction, disconnection, or service interruption.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

nnvip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nnvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14 Privacy

nnvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

nnvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Where changes are material, nnvip will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nnvip Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

nnvip operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with nnvip may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
